Hey, I just got this job and I need some help. My boss wants me to check a "Popp Hub" and see why it's not working, and have me install a basic Z-way or Z-wave OS. I'm not entirely sure where I am supposed to get the image from, seeing as I got hired for the job yesterday and I've never been in any situation with Z-way or Z-wave.

It would be great if someone could help me out here, because I am not sure what I am supposed to do.

Why not return the "not working" device to Popp ?

What do you mean by non-working Popp Hub? Doesn't it boot? Don't you see WiFi or via find.z-wave.me?

The image for Popp Hub is not publicly available and you need special tools to flash it. But I think your boss got it during Friendly Users Tests or he bought it. In both cases you need to make a report to your shop with exact problem description.
