I have a number of Zwave Plus devices (Aeotech and Yale)

When I try to interview them or re-include them the security interview fails.

In the log I have this message:

Ignoring secure packet, because secure inclusion was not successful (primary)

I am running latest software on an RPI3 with Razberry.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong ?

Ok, so figured out a solution.

Did a factory reset of Razberry in Expert UI
Excluded the device
Did a secure include
