DSC Vera Edge EVL4 sensors & keypad help?

Hi guys, I'm trying to build a new DSC powerseries system to work with my vera edge controller via the envisalink EVL-4 module.

I have 2 questions:
What window/door sensors will work/communicate with both vera and the DSC powerseries? So if one system fails to alert the other system will act as a backup alert system.

Question 2:
What is the cheapest "programming" keypad I can buy to program the DSC system?
Do I even need a "programming" keypad? or can it all be programmed with the WTK5504 keypad?

I've decided on these parts:
1x vera edge home controller.
1x envisalink EVL4 to remotely arm/disarm system.
DSC PC1864NK control panel.
DSC 3G2060RUSA 3GSM Communicator Cell Backup.
2x WTK5504 wireless keypads

Besides sensors, what else would I need?
