Zway iPhone App won't connect

I seem to be getting erratic operation on the ZWay Control and the ZWay Home Control apps on my iPhone. They work flawlessly when I'm connected to my wireless network at home. When trying to connect remotely using LTE through Verizon, sometimes I connect and but more times than not, I can't connect. I get an error message: Can't load data. I know the Razberry remote ID is correct and I've confirmed the password is correct. How does the App and Verizon know to route and connect to the IP address assigned to my router? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
