Server doesn't appear to be running after install

I just installed on a new version of Raspbian: 2016-11-25-raspbian-jessie. I did this to install Razberry:
It looks like everything installed ok but when I go to https://<ip>:8084 on my Mac in Safari, I get "Cannot create secure connection". I can't get the page to show up in Chrome either: "This site can’t provide a secure connection". If I go to http://<ip>:8084, I get some message: "Webif is switched off. You can switch it on from Z-Way UI or box shell".
I don't see anything in the /var/log directory related to z-wave. I do see /etc/init.d/z-way-server.
How do I get to the web page to start my configuration?
