Is UZB stick Z-Wave Plus?

According the product page
here the UZB stick is clearly classified as Z-Wave Plus, so containing a 500-series chip.
But:
- IsNodeZWavePlus() function returns false, whereas on all my other devices it is correct
- There is no command-class ZWAVE_PLUS_INFO found
- Can't read the Version values to check for the numbers
- The range is not very good, between my other Plus devices it's much better
Is there any trick to bring the UZB1 into the Plus mode?

The Plus/ordinary mode depends mostly on s/w (except for few h/w features supported by UZB1). So check your s/w. If you use Z-Way, it is Z-Wave Plus

I'm using OpenZWave library with standard configuration
It would be a good help if the zwave.me developers support the OpenZWave library project by offering a configuration file to support Plus-mode on UZB1.
This is a new file unter config/zwave.me/ZME_UZB1.xml
Anybody outside do probably not have enough know-how in creating this file...
One more question:
Does using UZB1 in ordinary mode (non Plus) also mean that the Tx power is reduced to 0dBm?
Or does it independent from Plus mode always send with full +2,5dBm
Thanks

It is more correct to ask OZW people to do that since we also have no knowledge in OZW, while our dongle is 99% same as the official that they claim to support.
The TX power is always same.
