I got everything set up and installed correctly from what I can tell. I am now trying to add my only device at the moment which is my door lock. I can add it via the expert menu but it doesn't seem to have any of the correct info. It shows up in the system as a "secure keypad" but doesn't show up as a device in the menus. It just calls itself "device x" where the x is how many times I've added it while trying to get it working. When learning in secure mode I have to perform each interview manually, and it always fails the security interview. I've manually gone in and selected the device description which was closest to what it is, "Kwikset Door Lock with Home Connect technology". Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I’ve continued to try and it’s always the same result. It seems others may have had similar issues but I don’t see where it’s ever been resolved.

I have a WD EX2 Ultra. It appears the z wave network itself is working otherwise, it just misidentifies the lock.

Do you have any suggestions?

I've updated it and still get the same thing. I also get some times where I get the message saying "inclusion takes a long time to start up" and I'm also frequently getting "Unable to update data. controller.AddNodeToNetwork(1)" I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled and still get the same things.

Please send us the log of inclusion

I'm trying to find the log and can't find where it is located. After re-seating the UZB and rebooting the system it's no longer giving me the controller error but my lock still fails the security update. It is just listing as Battery Device and the type is Secure Keypad.

I still have not found the log file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
