Duplicate elements

I added the device Philio PAN07 Dual Relay Switch, however, there are quite a few duplicate elements created automatically. Please see attachment. Each meter created 4 duplicate elements, total is 5. Is it some kind of bug that is harmless and I could simply ignore? So, should I go ahead to hide/deactivate duplicate elements?
