Z-Way & UZB Smart Start

I am currently running Z-wav v3.0.0 on a Raspberry Pi, along with a UZB stick running version 5.34. I am trying to add a node via Smart Start, however do not see the option in either Expert UI or Add a device through the normal UI. Under controller data I can see the following info at the very end;

smartStart: None (14:59)
requestFrom: None (14:59)
dskProvisioningList: None (14:59)
includingDSK: (15:02)

I am wondering if there is a way to enable smart start? All mentions of the current firmware for UZB and Z-Way v3.0.0 do seem to state that Smart Start and S2 is supported.
