Removal / Exclusion of fail inclusion dimmer not possible

Hi,
I have a problem with one my dimmers:
It's a Fibaro Universal-Dimmer 2 Z-Wave, FIB_EFGD-212
The inclusion process failed because of an unknown reason and it shows me an inclusion progress of 0%. The setting also only show me the name box, nothing else. If I click on exclude and remove and start the excluding process of the dimmer (confirming yellow light) nothing happens. If I click on the remove button it tells me its reloading the page and... nothing happens again.
Same goes for expert GUI: If I try to redo the inclusion process, nothing happens. Same with exclusion.
I'm a little clueless about how to get rid of the item in my settings.... does anybody have any clues on how to get rid of it?
