Inclusion fails

After update from 2.3.8 to 3.0.0 ( later 3.0.3) I could not include a Devolo door sensor which worked with version 2.3.8 without any problem.
I tried may things but without success ;-( Had to replace the sensor. (other supplier)
The inclusion process stops at 94%.

192.x.x.x:8083/JS/Run/zway.devices[6].AssociationGroupInformation.data.interviewDone=true
ends the interview but the sensor does not work as it should.

Had something equal with motion sensor.
1stI choosed the right Device Description and forced interview.
Then I added manually the z-way controller in association tab for lifetime.
It´s working for me.
