Stuck in special SIS mode
Posted: 07 Apr 2020 13:08
Hi,
I am using ZWay v3.0.4 on a Raspberry Pi and a 2nd (I think) generation green RazBerry with firmware version 5.36.
I tried to replace a failed node but that unfortunately timed out. This left the RazBerry with its red light on.
I tried replacing the node again but it would not recognise the new node (it just kept on trying to replace it until it timed out). After trying a few things I pressed the Reset API button which cleared the red light and I was then able to replace the node successfully.
However, the red light now comes back on and stays on each time I restart ZWay. I see in Network Control> Device Management that it now says:
"Controller is primary in the network. It is in a special SIS mode and so any controller in the network can add and remove devices to/from the network." and "(Controller is in normal mode)"
How do I get it out of this mode?
Many thanks,
Greg
