Senor/Meter Polling - Not working? (see picture inside)

I'm using Z-Way v3.0.6. I have Periodical Meter Polling and Periodical Sensor Polling installed and both set to 1 minute.
However, it doesn't appear to poll my devices every minute:
The events tab does show a lot of errors but I'm not sure where it's coming from?
What can I be doing wrong?
This post (https://forum.z-wave.me/viewtopic.php?t=29984) says to make sure you are not polling excluded devices, but I'm not sure what that means? How can I tell what device(s) are causing the problem?
