I tried to reset and include two fibaro devices after update to version 3.1.0. One is the roller shutter FGRM222, the second one ist the switch FGS-223. When i try to reset the devices, the device give a respond by clicking for the reset or include mode. Nothing is happen in the Z-Wave GUI. I tried it several times. Any ideas?

May be wrong frequency? Haven't you clicked on it or upgraded the dongle?

Hi, it should be the german frequency. I will try to update the firmware. Should I update the firmware step by step? See attachment, please.

wow, pretty old. do 5.7->5.23->5.32->5.36->5.39

But the questions was not to push you update but more to know if the frequency is correct - after upgrade from old firmwares it falls back to EU (Germany is using EU, so ok for you)

Before upgrading (or after, does not matter) try to exclude those devices first and then include again

Please check again that frequency is EU. Do you see at least some reaction of Z-Way on device exclusion?

Have you succeeded to include other devices? May be RaZberry or the device is broken (antenna side)

Hi, thank you for provide the firmware updates. I am now on version 5.39. It take several times to include the device.
I figured out one more problem. When I try to select the device description in the experience UI, the device is not available. I did the "Update the device database" several times. It is an Figaro Roller Shutter FGRM222 (EU).

You can just use Detect automatically. No need to select this description
