This is an error message sent to admin. It is definitely worth to know that there is an error in your system. So please have a look in the log to fix your automation.

May be Z-Way is a bit too verbose and we need to remove some error notifications from the event log. Please suggest

I would not reduce it, but add some additional information:
especially what device / rule /app caused this error, maybe even a stacktrace or the log entry that belongs to this notification, so you could easily check and fix the cause of the problem
