Unable to upgrade capabilities UZB1

Hello!

I need your help!

I upgraded firmware of my UZB1 stick to 5.39 version using Expert mode of Z-way server for Windows 10 v3.1.1.
After this I reset the controller to factory default settings ('Network - Control - Controller Factory Default').
After this I put my license key in 'Network - Controller Info - License Upgrade - Insert your license key' and pressed the Apply button.
I received OK for License key successfully verified and error after this: "Unable to upgrade capabilities" with an exclamation mark in a red triangle and constantly blinking UZB1 stick.

Please help me to install the license correctly.
