Network Wide Inclusion/Exclusion

Hi,
I've noticed that all the Z-Wave Plus devices provide the NWI (Network Wide Inclusion). Does it also provide the Network Wide Exclusion? When testing, it seems not.

There is special network wide exclusion, but need to check if we support it
