Guidance on adding a secondary Controller

So I'll be giving a genuine shot with Z-way. Just wondering if its possible to add a secondary controller to Z-way (Z-way continues to operate as primary), and what steps are involved to do this? Secondly, would it be possible to access/control z-wave devices from the secondary controller/how would that work if at all possible

I'm also interested about this, because it seems that I'm not getting reliable radio network coverage with one controller.

You can use online radio platforms on the internet like
emisoras de radio. Just have a device connected to the network such as a phone or a personal computer to be able to connect all the radio stations
