Danalock V3 will not operate

Team, I have a couple of Danalock V3's and they do not operate anymore, it seems like they will not operate unless they have a direct link to the primary controller. If I move them closer to the main controller, they will operate, but when moving them out to the garage they will not.
Any ideas, and there is no way of reorganize battery operated devices anymore....

do you still have your repeaters in place? run network reorg - this should help

Hi, yes I have done reorg, but the battery operated devices does not reorganize as they used to do. I have also created manual routes to and from these but to no avail.

There are good links in the link health page for each of these devices, but they will not operate anyhow.
