Connecting to First Alert

Hi
Can anyone please tell me the steps to setup First Alert's Z-Wave Plus CO detector show up in the z-way devices view? I can't seem to figure it out.
I tried the following:
1. Went to apps and made sure z-wave network access is running
2. Made sure the network access is set to /dev/ttyAMA0
3. Went to devices and clicked on z-wave Manage
4. Clicked on Add New - then Add new again
5. Set the First Alert on pairing mode by pressing test button for 5 secs after removing the battery, and then putting it back
6. Nothing happens on the app
