Increased CPU Load/Temperature with 3.2.0?

Post by xurg »

I noticed that the idle temperature of my RPi based system has gone up by about 4 degrees, and htop constantly lists z-way-server with about 13%. In fairness, I can't tell what z-way-server's load was before the updatre, but still: Is anything know to be causing this? I'm quite certain about the temperature increase and that it coincided with the zway update.

Very interesting observation: I just restarted the server with config.xml:log-level = 1 (I normally use 2 to avoid SD-Card accesses) and the idle load of zway dropped to about 2-3% which is what I seem to recall. Another restart with log-level 2 was ok, too.

May be it is related to some other thing. The most obvious is opened browser: the server load increases on polling by the UI.

Good point, but the browser wasn't even open at that time.
