Brand new product purchased today.
Fails to complete interview, halts on ThermostatSetPoint.

The device is missing in the device description list. I guess this is Namron's responsibility to update?
Firmware version 3.2.1 updated and working 100%. ran xml update and got the device description list updated after the 3.2.0 crash.
Will i have to wait for a new firmware release to get the plug included properly?

I also have two of the same plug, got the same problem as you. inerview halts on ThermostatSetPoint.

Its probably a Z Wave firmware update required as indicated in tread:
"Thermostat modes not showing up"

Hope new updated firmware will be issued soon.
In the mean time i use the thermometer function with the Advanced Virtual Thermostate app.
a mains powered thermometre works better than battery operated
