Long Range is not supported or not enabled in your hadrware

Post by donquixote0906 »

Hello,
i have a new Razberry 7 Pro and made a new installation on a Raspberry 4.
Everything seems to be ok, but in Z-Wave Expert UI->Network->Device Management
appears a message under 'Topology mode': Long Range is not supported or not enabled in your hadrware
(yes, misspelling in the word 'hadrware' is displayed)

Isn't Long Range not a feature of the new Silicon Labs 700er chip?

BTW: I also did not receive any packets in 'Analytics->Zniffer' regardless of wether promiscuous mode
is on or off. But i have a active zwave installation with aproximately 40 devices in the same location.....

Thanks for hints or comments.

Regards
Volker

Long Range requires support on the Z-Way side. We are working on it. Will be ready this quarter.

Make sure to include RaZberry in you network and you will see packets in the Zniffer log
