Cannot find Z-Wave Network Access to change port number

I want to reset my ZME-UZB1 and possibly upgrade the first before putting it into my fresh Home Assistant install.
I've downloaded and installed Z-Way for Windows but I cannot locate Z-Wave Network Access program which is what I beleive I need to be able to change the USB to point to my stick.
Any help and point me in the right direction?
