Morning

It's happened again - I've just upgraded my z-way-server software to 3.2.2 and the devices within my Alexa app have become unresponsive.

I've removed and re-installed the Alexa skill, and confirmed that I can log in to the remote URL (https://find.z-wave.me) with my remote ID/login.. that works fine.

The mobile app is reporting "!Hub is not connected" even though I can log in remotely from a browser, so I'm wondering if there's an arcane connection issue.

Can someone help?

I assume that the alexa service is down from z-way side, as more users do have the problem.
So it was just the wrong time to upgrade

Same Problem with Alexa Skill. It is not possible to link the app with the Zway Server at the moment, Authentication failed. Hope they fix it soon.

Alexa has not worked for about 5 days now.
I need it asap. Using android phone as my alternative.

I did the update after Alexa could not access Z-Wave. Unfortunately, the remote access still does not work

I hope they can get it fixed soon - it really knocks my family's trust in the home automation system I've chosen, and the last thing I want to do is be forced to move to Tuya.

@Polto, any news or time frame for us.

Would be good to konw, better would be that the new app is ready, before the old stops working.
