Hi,
I have set up a fresh zway installation on my pi today.
V4.0.1

Now I wanted to include it in my up-to-date HA.

However, it also shows me.
No valid uuid.

Is now still the patch required?

If so, how can I include it?
Thanks for the information.

I hope someone can help with my issue connection my z-Wave hub to Homeassistant. I keep getting the error message "no UUID set" when I try to integrate my Z-Wave gatway to HA.
The problem is that my Z-WAVE gatway was provided by a supplier called Rehau re.hub
I do have full access to the webinterface , only thing is I can't ssh into the device.
Here is a screenshot of the installed version

I don't know what to do to fix this problem, but I really hope that somebody here in this community can help.
Like I said, I can access and login to the Webinterface using http://192.168.1.217:8083 and I can also connect remotely. I have added several users and can see the token in the Webinterface which I use to integrate to Homeasstiant, but still get that error.
Thanks a lot!

Hello! Connection to HA is possible starting from 3.2.3 and upper. You should write to Rehau asking them to release a new version. Z-Wave.Me is supporting Rehau with new versions upon request.

ok thanks, so do you think when I send a request to Rehau they would release an update for my hub?
Is it a newer Firmware version I would need Currently (v3.1.3-18-g96d282a) ?
or is it the UI Version I need to update (v1.13.1) ?
I am not sure which one I should request.

Thanks

v3.1.3-18-g96d282a should be upgraded at least to v3.2.3. The latest is v4.0.2.

Z-Wave.Me is supporting Rehau upon request, but not sure they will release v4.0.2 fast enough.

Ok thank you so much for your answer. I have sent a request to Rehau support, hope they will come back to me. Tried to search for an upgrade online using the mobile app, but there was no upgrade available. Will wait for an answer.

Are you able to perform a backup. The most important one would be for the z-wave controller. If you could get a full system backup, then maybe you could just migrate to say a Raspberry Pi with a Razberry board. If the "last" update from them was 3.1.3 then that should speak volumes about their support of their platform.

Yes I am able to take a backup, but not sure how I should migrate then using a Raspberry image or what to do to get mine upgraded to newer version:
