Hi,
had a long time problems with the new z-way app "Z-Wave.Me", but could use the old one "Z-Way Control".
Now I changed my mobile phone to a android 12 one and couldn´t use the old app, also the new app is not working.
I always get the message -Ooops...something went wrong. Network connection is available, 2nd point Cloud service not available.
Tried everything in different combinations..... no success.
Now I tried the webpage find.z-wave.me, but here I have a similiar behaviour.
If I enter the 3 fields with the correct data, the window opens, I can see for a short period this window, please see attachement.

Any idea?

Please send me in PM your credentials (better make a new user for us with no devices granted) and we check it

I can use the system with new users, so I assume that something gone wrong with my actual/old users.

Did you get this issue resolved? I'm facing the same problem with the new zwave-me app. With the post above in mind, I created a new user and tried this to connect but it was not the solution.
I also just did the upgrade to v4.0.2 but this also did not solve the problem.
I can still connect using the old app on android 12.

Found the answer in another thread; installed version 1.6 and it works
