No security with Neo CoolCam Power Plug inclusion
No security with Neo CoolCam Power Plug inclusion
I am fighting with a new Neo CoolCam Power Plug again. Normally, inclusion in expert mode will try to do the extended S2 security with the PIN (which does not really work for these devices) and eventually it will be present as S0,S2 Unauthenticated. But with the new one the device is "just there", no lengthy interview, just there, but without any security. What could be the reason for this?

Re: No security with Neo CoolCam Power Plug inclusion
I tried factory resetting the plug, but it just won't do any security. In the Expert UI Device Management section it always says "Force unsecure inclusion" even if "Secure S2 & S0" or "Secure S2" are selected. Could that be the problem?

Has nobody any idea? How can I debug this?
