Device Image Missing in Expert Gui

Hello,
i have add an DeviceImage to an ZDDX File
Code: Select all

<deviceImage url="https://products.z-wavealliance.org/ProductImages/Index?productName=ZC12-19110019"/>
</resourceLinks>
On Select Device Description it was Shown, but in the Device Configuration it was Missing.

I have It Done. Also on other Browser is the Image Not Show.

I have also done these things. It works.
Have you cleared the browser cache? If that doesn't help, the reason must be in the file. Either you are using a wrong file (unfortunately, the filename is not shown in Expert UI), or you made a mistake while editing.
I assume that you have edited an existing file and not renamed it or created a new one.

Please find my ZDDX File here.
I have test it with different Browsers ig. Edgde, Firefox, Safari
On same Device on Configurationpage Security Interview failure

There is nothing wrong with this file. If you now prove that Expert UI pulls in exactly this file, then you have to look somewhere else entirely.

I don't have this device.
I took the description of another device without image, added your image, and after I cleared the browsers cache the image was shown in Expert UI.
