HTTP PATCH Request

Hi all,
I need to do an HTTP PATCH request against a REST API. It doesn't seem to work with the http.request method. For now I would be happy to use it within the EasyScripting App.
I'm not an experienced Javascript programmer, so I hope I'm not missing anything obvious.
