Sorry for the delay, our engineers are looking it in with the specialized Apple ADK tool.

using z-way 4.1.0 i'm getting the following logs with taking long time message forever
It seems i'm connected but no accessories are being fetched

No Response on all accessories since updating my Apple Home to new Home architecture today (and updating Apple TV & HomePod mini to iOS 16.5)

The Apple Home Architecture update has been out since March (see https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT213481)

Is HomeKit Gate App still being maintained, because it seems non-functional at the moment?

Accessories worked again briefly after power cycling HomePod, now No Response again

Homebridge v1.6.1 with a number of different plugins worked fine before and after the Home Architecture upgrade, only the Z-Way HomeKit Gate App seems to be having issues.

Migrated to Homebridge Zway Plugin (https://github.com/jmichas/homebridge-zway-plugin) in Homebridge and removed Z-Way Apple HomeKit Gate bridge

A lot of work to set the correct device types again, rename devices, move them to correct rooms, recreate scenes :/

Respectfully, I'm not going to buy Razberry or Z-Wave.me products again unless Apple Home integration is treated as a first class 100% supported feature. It seems to be considered optional and not a high priority at the moment

I got no refund on amazon neither I got a response on my problems. That is the worst customer service you could imagine...

It seems that Zway developers were not aware that a new HomeKit architecture was announced by Apple last year at WWDC 2022.
Then they failed to notice that the new HomeKit architecture was released with iOS 16.2 in December (and then withdrawn again).
Then in March, when the new architecture was released again, they were still clueless.

The moderator here who is apparently responsible for HomeKit (aivs) does not answer questions at all and only occasionally writes something like "HomeKit support works without problems".

The HomeKit plugin would not need an update for the new architecture if it was programmed correctly. My old Eve Bluetooth wall plug hasn't had a firmware update in years, and my Shellys with the alternative mongoose/HomeKit firmware were last updated in August 2022.

It seems to me that no one from Z-Wave.me uses HomeKit himself. It's just a tacked on feature to get money from Apple users.

At this point, we can only warn other HomeKit users not to buy Zway/Razberry.

Thank you, this worked and I am able to add devices again. Still no response tho.
