Route map empty

Post by MrM. »

Please help to get my network map back (under Analytics) working, I have a Z-Wave.Me USB stick working on Ubuntu.

Firmware
Library Type: Static Controller
SDK Version: 6.82.01
Serial API Version: 05.39

Software Information
Version number: v4.0.3
Compile-ID: 6686bb7ac10ffc19c7ee4cbf09c7de856cbaa31f
Compile-Date: 2023-03-06 17:18:05 +0300

UI
UI version v1.6.2
Built date 22-12-2022 17:28:36

It no longer works:
Too few nodes to make statistics
Your UZB/RaZberry/Hub do not have advanced network statistics. Upgrade the firmware
Can not set route from battery device to a battery device
Can not set route with battery repeaters
New manual route saved
Select a manual route by clicking on nodes from source to destination via desired repeaters. Press Enter to validate the route, Esc to cancel.
My routemap used to work in december as zniffer history shows:
2022-12-24 21:27:08 8 1 - -80 dBm - - Meter Report (21, 12, 00, 04, 00, 00)

My controller info shows only black crosses behind all functions.
At the end of the Network -> Controller Info the page shows:

My setup is only different.
I'm not on UZB device, I have z-way module with 7.28
Route map works for me.
Trying to be helpful. :)

@micky1500 thanks for your reply

It has worked on the same computer and with the same stick.

I have some changes since december:
Software upgrade from 4.0.2 to version number: v4.0.3
Hardware added four Fibaro devices: two FGD-212, one FIBARO Double Switch 2 and one FIBARO Button.

Don't know the cause, why it stopped working. Everything else just works fine.

Looks something went wrong in the UI. Please try to clean the cache. If this does not help, please provide remote access

Looks you disabled packet logging (this improves the speed, but disabled analytics)

Poltos, Thanks! I do remember a disabled Packet Log. Sorry I didn't know Packet Log was needed for the Route Map.
When enabled it works perfectly.

Maybe you can change the error message in a future release:

Your UZB/RaZberry/Hub do not have advanced network statistics or you have disabled Packet Log in Z-wave Network Access.

Well, for the Route map it is just "no packets". BTW, in the select box, it is written that Packet log is required for network diagnostics. We will change the text to make it more userfriendly, thanks!

BTW, you could also propose that change on github! We welcome very much community contribution.

Thanks, we added the new annotation to the next release
