Basic app missing

Hi everyone, I'm a newby and trying to get some basis things to work in z-wave. I have a raspberry pi 3b with razberry pro 7 hat. I have zwave.me smarthome installed and I've got some sensors and switches installed and everything just works perfectly... Until I want to get started with some basic home automation as described in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VU4SXNBfQx4 , minute 34. I just can't find the if->then app. It seems to be missing from active apps, local apps and online apps. I can see 140 online apps, but if->then is not among them... Am I just dumb? It's also not greyed out like some othes apps that I have installed. What am I doing wrong????

you may klick in the top line the icon "Automation" then use the "Rules" function.
