Latest firmware for UZB1

Post by fireplex »

Hello,

I want to check I have the latest firmware for my UZB1 USB stick which I use with Home Assistant.

It currently reports 5.07 and SDK 6.51.09, I've had a look at the map of available firmware but find it confusing.

Could someone please confirm I am running the latest available?

Thanks!

The latest is 5.39. You need to use Z-Way (and use "all" token) to upgrade step by step to 5.39

Thanks, I used Z-Way and upgraded to 5.27 OK.

I then tried to upgrade to either 5.36 or 5.39, the process seems to work, I see no errors, but when the stick reboots I was still on 5.27.

So I tried ZMESerialUpdater, after repeated attempts where it kept reporting "Can't write NVM data!" with different block addresses I got it to update to 5.36.

But no matter what I try I cannot get it to update to 5.39, I get the same "Can't write NVM data!" at different addresses each time.

I got to 5.27 using zway, but when I try 5.33 or 5.36 I didn't get an error but stick stays on 5.27.

So I used serial update method, after many repeated attempts got to 5.36, but no matter what I try cannot get to 5.39 - it just reports a different flash block in error each time which is clearly wrong.

Try to restart Z-Way and reboot the UZB.
