Z-Way restore

So I have the zab and the zbk backup files. I'm trying to migrate from one system to another. I am running Z-Way as the Home Assistant add on. Before the restore, the Razberry 7 Pro was found. After the restore, it can no longer find the Razberry 7 Pro. I have verified that the controller is:
If I go into Z-Way and go back to factory defaults, the controller is found again. So there is something with the backup. The previous system was just a Raspberry Pi 4.
