With one you reported it to work with v4.1.2 (so in v4.1.3 too), so I assume everything is ok. If not, please let me know.
As for the other, I replied in the corresponding post, but it is a device problem. You can workaround it, but better to ask the manufacturer to fix it.

I agree the inovelli is a device issue. I've seen problems with it paired in Z-Wave LR mode on 3 different platforms since the original report. Thank you for commenting on that/confirming that.
I'll get Z-Way re-installed - my original installation became corrupt/stuck on one of the 4.1.2 beta versions and I couldn't upgrade it any further. I haven't had a chance to re-install it yet, but will do so and re-test that Zooz device.
