Problem with access to hub via app

Hello,

Some weeks ago I started to have a strange behavior in my zwave.me system.

When I open the app, after the Face ID, it appears a white page with only a green button “my hubs” in left upper corner.

Besides, I have some notifications of email notification error.

The app problem is in local network too with the ip correctly added.

It is normal? I hope app, at least in local will be usefull

Anyone can help me?

Same issue here… no solution other then using the website.

Same problem here. I had Zway for so many years. I think it is 11 years…. So it’s a bit sad that this is coming to an end, but I probably migrate to homey now, because without app access it will lose an important aspect.

This was a failure, that I realized from the beginning of the app, flashing screen and the my hubs on screen.
Now I just use a weblink to the z-wave hub and log in via chrome. If I am not in local Lan, I use a vpn connection
on the phone and then the weblink IP:8083.
Works even better then the app in my opinion and I have all the browser functions.
