FibaroSmokeSensor FGS001 - Z-Wave Range Test abschalten
Posted: 07 Jan 2016 02:09
Hallo @All,
Question: Why does my Fibaro Smoke Sensor keep beeping intermittently?
Answer:The Fibaro Smoke Sensor has a Z-Wave Range test functionality turned ON by default. This means every so often the device will test the Z-Wave network and if for some reason the test fails you will hear a very loud beep.
This can become very annoying, especially when it happens at night.
To disable this set Parameter 80 (1 byte decimal) to 0.
Note: this is only valid for the non-Plus version of the Smoke Sensor.
