I'm using Zwy since couple years and I'm quite happy with it, if works and I don't have to get a backup restored

In my Zway environment I'm using Z-Wave devices (Multisensors, Blinds, Wall Plugs, Smart Sockets for Bulbs, etc.) and Enocean Switches to turn on and off devices.
I'm now using homeassistant (Home Assistant) (Raspberry Pi 4b, 8GB) as my primary system to connect all my different Smart Home systems and protocols.
I have connected the Razberry 7Pro (Raspberry Pi 4b, 8GB, with Zway Software 4.1.4, SDK Version: 7.21.00, Serial API Version: 07.42) to Home Assistant (2024.12.4 (17.12.2024)) via ws://IP-address:8083 and the User token/API Key from Z-Way Server /(dedicated HA - Admin user)
.
In the past both worked perfectly together , I get the Z-wave devices shown in my Home Assistant Dashboard, and can switch them on or off, or just see the status on my wall displays.
It happens from time to time, that I lose the connection to the Zway Server or at least the devices become unavailable in Home Assistant Dashboard, even if they have been refreshed shortly before. I checked the User, that loggs in into Zway and get the information for HA, and that seems to work fine. Last login Date / Time is the time I restarted Home assistant or when I pushed the button in HA to refresh the Integration. So connection seems to work but for some reason the devices are still unavailable (greyed out) in HA Dashboard and also on the Z-Wave Integration side ("not provided").
couple times this happened after an update in HA or setup, I then revert back to an backup and most of the time it worked, an estimated, the update was the reason for breaking the connection.
But I don't understand in those cases, where I have not changed anything, why it happens then to loose the connection or Status / devices is "not provided"...
Any ideas or solution how this can work together in a reliable way? Or what can I do, to manually connect them again?
I'm not a developer, just end user...
Thanks upfront
