New TV UI

Finally we are releasing new (fully reworked for the third time

TV UI. It is accessible via /z-way-ha-tv starting from v2.0.2-rc1.

Please note, this is a "beta" version. Feel free to give advises and contribute: https://github.com/Z-Wave-Me/Z-Way-TV-UI

It works on almost all modern TV's (you can make a shortcut to this UI on your TV) as well as STB like Dune HD (http://dune-hd.com/eng/products/set_top_boxes).

Note that this UI have no authentication and relies on Local (preferable) or Anonymous user set up in Z-Way.
