Problem with switch and If -> Then app

I have problem with If -> Then app. It works fine with some switches but with some other not. Switch works fine (it reports it's state). How to check and debug this problem?

I have set remote access, id is 48224. Look also that some devices have other names in apps and other in rooms - why?
