Running on a second development Raspberry w no Razberry

Hello,

My Razberry runs a few automation pieces around the house and I do not want to disturb it while doing JavaScript development for Z-Way. Neither want to buy another Razberry. The issue is the Z-Way server will not run with our a Z-Way adapter, it quits after startup. How can I have a development Z-Way instance with no Razberry?

Z-Way can run w/o RaZberry installed. Only Z-Wave part will not be accessible.
