After installing Soft-float Debian "wheezy" , RaZberry no longer available via

http://IP_OF_RASPBERRY:8083. (Via Putty IP_OF_RASPBERRY is available).

With the first installation of Raspbian "wheezy" the Razberry works fine

Remark:
Raspbian "wheezy", file: 2013-05-25-wheezy-raspbian.zip (For starting users)
Soft-float Debian "wheezy", file: 2013-05-29-wheezy-armel.zip (For Oracle JVM)

This is what i did for the installation of RaZberry:

user@pwd ~ $ wget -q -O - http://razberry.z-wave.me/install | sudo bash

This is the result:

Z-Way for RaZberry will not work with Soft-Float version of Raspbian due to different floating pointers definition. We are working on SoftFP version of Z-Way right now. We will publish two different releases next time: HardFP and SoftFP. Meanwhile please return back to HardFP version.

PoltoS,
thank you very much for this information.
Are there other images (then from raspberry.org) that will work with Java SE for Embedded on the Raspberry PI?
