I'm sure I included the Aspire relay switch previously, but now it fails the Interview and goes into a loop "Association Get" until I restart the server.

Is there a config/setting that was set originally that needs to be removed? Good chance I didn't remove the device when I removed it previously.

Your question is not really clear. If the interview does not finish, please use Force interview button.
