Hi, I have many Leviton VRS15 binary switches in my zwave network. The "force re-interview" button does not seem to work for these devices. When I manually interview each switch command class, all command classes work except for the Version command class. The Version command class will not interview. I have attached the Zway log when I attempt to interview the Version command class.

The device seems not to reply
The device seems not to reply on Version commands. Z-Way can do nothing with this.

These are new Leviton
These are new Leviton switches that are very popular in the US. Both Vera and Homeseer are able to retrieve the version from these devices. Is there any other debug information I can provide to show why Z-Way is not working?

We are, but without having the device in hands it is pretty hard to debug it. As it seems from the log above, the device violates Z-Wave rules by not replying. In contrast to Vera, Z-Way relies on Z-Wave protocol specification and makes no excpetion for broken devices. This allows Z-Way to recognize any device (even never tested with) in plug&play mode. But if the device is broken, we can do nothing.
After all, even if interview is not complete (you did most of it using Force button), you should be able to operate the device. Does this non-complete interview harms you?
