Download Z-Way API

Hello, I am looking for the c API cause the C example doesn't include the libraries and it is so complicated to find a download link for your software. The only link I could find looking inside of the install script is: http://razberry.z-wave.me/z-way-server- ... v1.3.1.tgz
I feel like the not authentication needed JS API and UI it is kind of insecure so I would like to create a PHP/ROR application with server side calls to the C API, so the frontend user is never the one who manages the network.
Maybe someone has a better idea for my point cause I am kind of newbie with Razberry and Z-Wave.
