I have used Z-way locally to include my devices on the network and configure as appropriate. I have now downloaded and run the z-agent for z-cloud and I can connect to z-cloud but can't see any of my devices that I had included on Z-Way. Do I need to exclude them from Z-way and re include all in z-cloud (I hope not)

Perhaps its something simple I'm missing. Many thanks

If you are using same RaZberry extension board, you just need to press button "Request NIF" for each device. This is because the RaZberry knows devices, bt the s/w does not - it needs to fulfill the interview.
