Failed to negotiate with Z-Wave stick

Hi,
I have a raspberry and Aeon Labs Z-stick S2. I've installed the z-way-server as described. But after some tests, I always get this message:

Code: Select all

Failed to negotiate with Z-Wave stick: Wrong packet from Z-Wave network or Discovery got bad data (stick communication failed) (-9)
I see a lot of feedback on this issue here, but no real solutions. Does somebody have a workaround or something to make this working?

Thanks a lot!

Hi,

Z-Way server doesn't work with Aeon Labs sticks, it is intended to run with RaZberry boards only.

With RaZberry or with Stick with Z-Way (http://store.zwaveeurope.com/product_in ... s_id=11778)

Even i am facing the issue with RaZberry daughter board and i got the log as
(log){Failed to negotiate with Z-Wave stick: Wrong packet from Z-Wave network or Discovery got bad data (stick communication failed) (-9)}
what could be the reason it z-way-server is failing to discover RaZberry device

Thanks
