Hi

I am new to the z world .. I am trying to include a Fibaro FGS 221 to a Razberry, and it fails all the time, I tried pushing the button 3 times very fast, I updated the rasberry, I tried pushing the button far beyond 3 times .. I succeeded once to have it included by the raspberry, and I succeeded to switch on/off light on the first relay .. But as soon as I power cycled the raspberry, it is no longer recognized and it says "Device is dead" .. I succeded to exclude the device, but always failing to include again !!

I am using z-way default interface ..
Razpberry version v1.7.0
FGS 221 version is V2/1 10/04/2014
Raspberry version 3.12.20

Any ideas ?

What is the date on the RaZberry board?

just install fgs221
when problems just reset fgs221 and re-includ it :

just un plug power and press (old) B, plug power and in 3seconds unold B, it's reset (sorry for my english)

It is one of the boards with broken EEPROM.
Please contact your supplier for replacement.

Can I have an official document or mail from wave.me about the faulty boards, because me reseller www.my-domotique.com is refusing to change the board without something official from wave.me or an email ..
What is the procedure to have this official doc

Thanks, I got a replacement board from the europe distributer but unfortunately with this new board, its worse, I am unable to include devices at all .. !! Is there something missing !! it is dated 16/06/2014

Have you already tried to flash your SD once more with the newest image?
What do you see in the /var/log/z-way-server.log while trying to include a new device?

Hm..., just came in my mind while reading your post:
Did you excluded all your devices before? The new controller has a new network HomeID and you need to reset all devices before you can include them into the new network. A new controller has by nature a different ID than your old one.

thanks all .. It is fixed, I had the device badly connected, that is why it was not included
