Where can I download module "Logical Rules" and how must I do in order to install it in my interface (8083)?

The default install should have it in directory:
Automation/modules/LogicalRules

In the list of modules I can see "Bind Devices", "Security Notifications" or "Web Camera", for example, but it is not shown "Logical Rules".
On the other hand, I have recently installed it, but I don't know what my version is. How can I see it?
